Park Hill is operated by a Condominium board.  All residents must follow these condo bylaws.

As a tenant, you will follow:

1. Alberta Residential Tenancies Act

2. City of Edmonton Bylaws & all Provincial/Federal laws applicable

3. Landlord Tenancy Agreement

4. Park Hill Condo Bylaws

You have one parking stall just outside your front door.
