Clarehaven is operated by a condominium board.  All residents must follow these condo bylaws.

Regulations

As a tenant, you will follow:

1. Alberta Residential Tenancies Act

2. City of Edmonton Bylaws & all Provincial/Federal laws applicable

3. Landlord Tenancy Agreement

4. Clarehaven Condo Bylaws

Parking

You have two (2) powered parking stalls just outside your front door.
